This offer is about several things but mostly, deactivating members from your timebank due to bad behavior. I am happy to share our experience (3 deactivations and 1 close call) as well as what we have learned from having some good policy in place for when this does happen.
If you are growing, it is likely to happen to you. In addition, I would be happy to share how we handle what we call "formal" complaints between members.
This ends up really being part of your policy and if you don't have that in place, you could be in trouble when it comes to deactivating someone.
