When we first opened our timebank, we did not do orientations for a whole year. Oh boy, did things changed when we began formal orientations.
We have been doing monthly orientations here in Kent since April, 2011 and require them for membership. I have conducted over 100 orientations.
Now, each hub in the Crooked River Alliance is required to run an orientation in their town.
Point is, we take them seriously and I enjoy doing them!
