TfA Coordinator Call

Topic:  Motivating Members to Make Exchanges

One of the hottest topics on our list of discussions is "How do we motivate our members to make exchanges"? Many of us find that members tend to stop exchanging after a while and/or new members take some nudging to get started.  Some of us have come up with some creative solutions to share!

Join us in this call which will include a short presentation by Abby Greer and then a shared brainstorm and sharing of ideas to inspire your members to make more exchanges.

Abby is the founder and director of the Crooked River Alliance of TimeBanks (CRAT). CRAT has over 1200 members and has exchanged over 70,000 hours. Abby has studied and analyzed what has worked with motivating their members and what could work better.

Abby will give a short synopsis of CRAT methods and then open the conversation up to share your experiences, ideas, comments, frustrations and ruminations on how we can get our members to make exchanges AND record them!

There will be a screen share for this call so please consider joining in at your computer.
